Ratzker Heads Portfolio of Equity in Public Companies at NIR Group

As David Ratzker joins the investment team at the NIR Group of Roslyn, New York, he will be directing a portfolio of equity investments in publicly traded companies.
The goal of this special type of financing is to enable issuers easy and quick access to capital, more control and flexibility of capital issuance and less dilution of capital.
