Despite the fact that the economy is in trouble and people are investing less, this has not affected hedge funds or businessmen like Corey Ribotsky who run them. On the other hand however, the industry has not remained completely unharmed as the last couple of years were somewhat challenging. Still, statistics from the GlobeOp Capital Movement Index showed how net inflows increased to 2.25 percent which was the best figure since September. It is uncertain what has caused these figures but one idea is that since there is such a wide range of options in hedge fund investments, it is becoming a much more attractive alternative. This has rendered investors as committed as ever to the hedge fund sector, meaning good news for those in that industry, such as Ribotsky.
